The design process aims to streamline the web design work flow. It enables us to provide the best possible service to our clients at affordable prices.
Step 1. Information Gathering
We will communicate with you either over the telephone or via email about your project to establish a brief that we can work to. We will then produce a project proposal outlining requirements and costs for development.For small standard websites formal proposal will not be produced. Face-to-face meeting may be necessary for complicated projects
Step 2. Contents Submission
You submit website contents (copies, images and other related material ) to Onetop. We will review the materials to prepare for an initial design.
Step 3. Inital Design
We will mock up your website layout using imaging software and present it to you for approval. The initial design can be in real website format for small standard projects. We will make unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Step 4. Deposit
A 50% deposit is required after the approval of the initial design.
Step 5. Development
After the deposit has been paid, we can then start building your website.
Step 6. Domain Name & Hosting
If you require Onetop to host your website, you will need to give your domain account details to us so that we can set up the hosting. If you have not got the domain name yet, we will register it for you. You can certainly host the website yourself.
Step 7. Final Payment
Once you have paid the balance, we will launch your website.
Step 8. Maintenance
To have a successful online business your website must be proactively maintained and updated. We can certainly help you maintain your website for a small one-off or annual fee. Contact us for more information.
